functional movement: natural, has a purpose - some examples are pushups, pull-ups, squats, running, jumping, picking an object off the ground
high intensity: lots of repetitions done as quickly as possible – an example would be completing 50 pushups in 30 seconds (low intensity would be 50 pushups over 30 minutes)
broad load and time: sometimes the workout involves heavy weight, sometimes no or little weight. some workouts are only a few minutes, others can be 45 minutes+
Depends on each individual’s previous experience and current ability (typically 1-6 sessions)
Per class payment, athlete must be able to demonstrate the fundamental movements prior to attending
